Pepper Money has hired Ryan McGrath as second charge sales director.

McGrath has worked in financial services for 30 years, 23 of which were in the second charge intermediary market, most recently as programme manager at Enra Specialist Finance.

He has also held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and The Loans Engine.

At Pepper, McGrath will focus on driving growth across the specialist lender’s broker partners, while maintain its service levels.
