Landbay has appointed Joe Noon as its regional account manager for the Yorkshire region.

Noon brings more than 12 years’ experience to the role having worked within the mortgage and specialist lending sectors in a number of positions.

He started his career as a mortgage adviser with Lloyds Banking Group in 2013 before moving into broking and business development.

In 2017 he joined Metro Bank and has since held roles at Vida and The Mortgage Lender, working closely with brokers across a range of residential and specialist mortgage cases.

In his new role, Noon will provide insight and sales support to brokers and advisory firms across the region on the lender’s full range of buy-to-let products covering Premier, Core, Specialist and Product Transfers.

He will report to Landbay head of sales in the North Ian Hall.
