Lenders are continuing to adjust their prices with rates moving in both directions following volatility in swaps.

It follows news from Santander earlier today that it is cutting some rates by up to 36 basis points.

Both Paragon and Fleet are withdrawing a number of deals ahead of a reprice.

At Leeds Building Society, existing buy-to-let borrowers who want to switch deals, some rates will be increase by 15bps at Midnight tonight.

In its new customer range, Leeds is launching two-year fixed rates at 65% loan-to-value and trimming rates at 75% LTV by 5bps.

For existing residential borrowers switching deals, it’s launching new fee-free two, three and five-year fixes.

Clydesdale Bank, part of Virgin Money, is increasing its residential discount offset rates by25bps from 8pm this evening.

But from tomorrow, the lender is cutting product transfer rates in its core residential rates by up to 20bps.

It comes after Virgin Money increased some rates by up to 16bps yesterday evening.
