Zoopla has announced major changes to its website alongside a new logo and design.

The biggest addition to the website is the ‘My Home’ hub. This aims to give every homeowner who has registered their property with Zoopla their own homepage that will track their home’s worth and provide guidance on managing their house and the optimal time to sell.

Zoopla is also changing its most visited pages, including property detail pages. It says that improvements made thus far have seen triple the volume of homeowners registering with the website and a five-fold improvement in marketing email opt-ins.

The rebrand includes logo redesign, changes to the app in functionality and look the use of a new shade of purple.

Zoopla chief communication officer Andy Marshall says: “Rather than rest on our laurels and surf on the wave of a busy market we have used this time to deliver fundamental improvements to the experience of using Zoopla.

“My Home is unique and this, combined with the raft of other changes we are making, will generate long-term value for agents, encouraging homeowners to realise the potential of their homes and use them as a springboard to reach their goals.”
