Financial adviser group Tenet has agreed a deal to introduce its potential equity release clients to Hub Financial Solutions, which is part of Just Group.

Hub has been providing whole-of-market equity release advice since 2006.

Under the new referral deal, members of Tenet will be able to quickly pass on equity release clients to an experienced adviser, while still receiving regular updates on the progress of their case.

There is a guarantee of no cross selling and an introducer fee of 1.75% of the amount released and a minimum of £750 is paid for every completed case.

Tenet director of strategic development Ben Wright says: “We are continually looking to expand the range of high-quality services available to our network, and this agreement opens up a new avenue for our members to offer clients thinking of unlocking some of the wealth tied up in their homes access to specialised advice.”

Hub Financial Solutions managing director Simon Gray says: “We have been providing referral services to financial advisers for many years and know what it takes to deliver an outstanding service, so we are delighted to now be working with Tenet which is well-respected for its quality offering to advisers.”
