
Together Financial Services has announced changes to its senior leadership team and Board.
Dave Sutherland joins as chief operating officer with effect from 1 July 2025. Previously group director of business efficiency and interim chief executive (UK) at Bank of Ireland, he brings over 20 years’ experience in operations, technology and process transformation in finance and retail.
Earlier in his career, Sutherland was group COO and chief executive of the Asset Management and Servicing division at Arrow Global and worked at TD Bank, GE Capital, and Santander UK.
Cheryl Brough will join the lender as chief people officer from 1 August 2025, bringing extensive experience in leading people functions in financial services and insurtech.
She joins from Italian tech-led insurance company Prima Assicurazioni where she is currently chief people & culture officer.
Earlier in her career she was chief human resources officer at Provident Financial Group and group human resources director at Cabot Credit Management.
Candice Lott joins as Chief Marketing Officer with effect from 30 June 2025. She was previously owner and founder of digital transformation and marketing consultancy, We Are The Digital Type, where she helped brands such as easyJet, parkrun, Corendon Airlines and the Post Office deliver commercial, marketing and digital transformation projects.
Together chief executive of sales and distribution Marc Goldberg will retire from the lender in December next year and will step down from the group board as of 30 June.
Chief commercial officer Ryan Etchells will take on additional responsibilities for sales and distribution from 1 July 2025 and work with Marc over the next 18 months to ensure a smooth transition.
