Kensington Mortgages has cut rates across its buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages, including its Prime, Core, and eKo products.

Rates for Kensington’s core products of up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV) and prime mortgages of up to 75% LTV have both been lowered by up to 0.20%, including for the lender’s HMO and MUB products.

The lender’s 75% LTV two-year prime rates now start at 5.73% with no fee, 5.39% with a £1,499 fee, and 4.34% with a 3% fee.

In addition, 75% LTV five-year prime rates now start at 5.49% with no fee and 5.37% with a £1,499 fee.

For prime eKo products, the lender’s 75% LTV have been reduced by up to 0.20%.

This includes two-year 75% LTV prime eKo rates at 5.68% with no fee, 5.34% with a £1,499 fee, and 4.29% with a 3% fee.

In addition, 75% five-year prime eKo rates now start at 5.44% with no fee and 5.32% with a £1,499 fee.

Meanwhile, Molo has trimmed prices across its UK resident, non-UK resident and expat BTL product ranges.

The lender’s UK resident BTL rates now start from 2.98% on a two-year fixed at 55% LTV, available to both individual and limited company borrowers, while five-year fixed rates start from 4.73%.

Across the specialist range, which includes HMO, MUFB, new builds and holiday lets, two-year fixed rates now begin at 3.14%, with five-year fixes from 4.89%.

Pricing for non-UK residents and expat borrowers has also been reduced, with rates starting from 4.78%.
