SimplyBiz Mortgages has added Quantum Mortgages to its lender panel.

Quantum is an intermediary-only specialist lender, which offers a range of buy-to-let (BTL) products across the UK, including Northern Ireland.  

SimplyBiz members will now have access to Quantum’s product range of single-unit properties including flats including high rises, new builds, studios, ex-local authority, above/adjacent commercial units, multi-use buildings, houses of multiple occupancies, holiday lets, student lets and semi-commercial properties.
