TSB has cut rates on selected fixed rate deals while increasing others by up to 0.1 per cent.

The lender has today raised the rate on its fee-free two-year fixed rate at up to 90 per cent loan-to-value from 2.29 to 2.34 per cent.

At up to 95 per cent LTV its fee-free two year fixed has increased from 3.04 to 3.14 per cent.

Its five-year fixed at up to 85 per cent LTV has increased from 1.84 to 1.89 per cent with a £995 fee.

For remortgage borrowers at up to 60 per cent LTV its five-year fixed with free legals has come down from 1.54 to 1.49 per cent with a £995 fee.

The lender has also withdrawn its two-year fixed rate for remortgage at up to 85 per cent LTV which had been priced at 1.54 per cent with a £1,495 fee and free legals.
