In his role new role, supported by both the regional operations manager and managing surveyors, Riley will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy into the region whilst supporting CSS surveyors.
Riley has worked in the property sector for over 30 years and has joined CSS following 14 years as a senior regional surveyor (South) at SDL Surveying.
Prior to that role he was an associate partner at Simmons & Sons estate agency and started his career as a negotiator at Woolwich Property Services. He is also a RICS Fellow.
