Thanksgiving turkey giveaway this Sunday to benefit kids and local families in need. The free event kicks off at 9 a.m. and ends when the last turkey is gone. With a bumpy economy and the coronavirus pandemic still looming, one West Palm Beach company wants to make 2021 a year to remember, instead of one to forget. And it’ll do it with the help of some local heroes.
In the first of two holiday initiatives, Safebound Moving & Storage is giving away 500 turkeys on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. to feed families in need this Thanksgiving. The drive to bring holiday cheer is a joint effort with the West Palm Beach Police Department and the West Palm Beach Police Athletic League.
In December, Safebound Moving & Storage will team up again with the West Palm Beach Police Athletic League to host a Christmas gift drive for at-risk teens in West Palm Beach.
