Lender TSB has revealed that from 15 November it is making changes to its residential, buy to let, product transfer and additional borrowing ranges:

For residential, the three-year Fixed First Time Buyer & Home mover rates have increased by up to 0.20%.

The three year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.20%

While Selective Shared Ownership & Shared Equity rates have increased by up to 0.30%

For buy to let, two and five-year  Fixed House Purchase rates have increased by 0.30%

And two and five-year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.30%

For product transfer, residential two, three & five year fixed 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.10%

While buy to let five year fixed 60-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.10%

For additional borrowing, residential two, three and five year fixed 0-75% LTV rates increased by 0.10% and buy to let five year fixed 60-75% LTV rate has increased by 0.10%
