Luxmore has more than 25 years of experience in the SME lending market, most recently as part of the executive team at Ashman Bank.

She has also previously held senior positions at Aldermore and Yorkshire Bank.

In her new role, Luxmore succeeds Mark Bampton who is the current chief commercial officer. Bampton will continue in his role until March 2025 financial year end.

Bampton has decided to step down from his role as the business moves on to the next phase of its journey.
