Knowledge Bank has hired Jonathan White as sales manager to promote new products to lenders and brokers.

The criteria search engine launched its lender-focused platform, KB PRO, last month and says one of White’s key roles will be “to communicate the benefits to new customers”.

It adds that White comes with “a wealth of experience in a wide variety of business areas” such as insurance, financial services and the mortgage sector.

He joins from the Institute of Customer Service where he worked for just under two years leaving in December.

Prior to that, he was mortgage technology sales and UK lender development at Mortgage Brain for almost six years, leaving in December 2020.

He has also worked in distribution for Sesame Bankhall and Personal Touch in sales and commercial roles.

Knowledge Bank sales director Shane Chawatama says: “We have a raft of new products, such as the recently launched KB PRO system and numerous others in the pipeline and Jonathan will play a pivotal role in communicating these to our customers.

“Having worked with market leaders in a range of industries, Jonathan has excellent relationships, invaluable experience and is superbly placed to drive the business forward.”

White adds: “Having seen the latest development, KB PRO system, I believe it can revolutionise the way that lenders can accurately communicate their criteria to brokers and their clients.”
