September 17th to 20th, 2023, Realtors at Waterfront Properties and Club Communities attended the 26th Annual Luxury Real Estate Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference, organized by Luxury Real Estate, was a gathering of the world’s top luxury realtors and brokers, allowing our realtors to learn from global market leaders and vendors.

Luxury Real Estate is a global network of realtors and brokers, with 130,000 members across more than 60 countries. Their website – which was featured in Forbes – showcases more million-dollar listings than any other network. Collectively, members of Luxury Real Estate contribute over $300 billion in annual sales, making them one of the most elite and competitive luxury real estate networks globally. To become a member of Luxury Real Estate, you must perform in the top 10% of your market. Waterfront Properties and Club Communities has been an esteemed member of Luxury Real Estate for almost 30 years, and attending their Fall conference has proven an asset to our team time and time again.
Among those representing Waterfront Properties and Club Communities in Salt Lake City were Owner Rob Thomson, Business Manager David Abernathy, Jack Thomson from the Rob Thomson Team, and Waterfront Realtors Harrison Allen and Travis Thomson. The four-day event concluded with the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner. At the gala, Waterfront Properties' Owner and Managing Partner, Rob Thomson, received the prestigious Extraordinary Philanthropy Award. The recognition reflects Thomson’s dedication to giving back to the Jupiter and Palm Beach County Community.
