Avivas lifetime mortgage products added to Air Sourcing system

 Air Sourcing is a free, one-stop platform for advisers servicing their clients’ later life requirements. Users of Air Sourcing will now see the full range of rates, providing a comprehensive view of all the available options for later life clients.

Aviva offers two lifetime mortgage products, the Lifestyle Lump Sum Max and the Lifestyle Flexible Option. Rates are personalised and based on individual circumstances, including medically-enhanced rates for those clients with health or lifestyle conditions.

This follows the launch of a new version of the Air Sourcing platform at the end of last year, which included:

  • a fully-integrated API platform to allow lenders to offer a full enquiry to completion/KFI/application process;
  • improved product loading times;
  • new product research filters;
  • a ‘Near Miss’ function which shows better-priced products that fall just outside the search criteria;
  • cost comparison for those products that allow repayments.

Air Sourcing is also now home to Air Group’s range of propositions including:

  • Air Mortgage Club – the distributor for equity release and later life advisers;
  • Air Later Life Academy – the commercial and training organisation for later life members;
  • Air Prestige Packaging – the full service, para-packaging proposition for advisers seeking lending solutions for their older clients;
  • Air Rewards – the group’s reward scheme for awards.
