The Yorkshire Building Society has launched a new range of fee-free first-time buyer mortgages offering a £1,000 cashback option.

This range include a two-year fix at 2.99 per cent (at 95 per LTV). At this LTV YBS is also offering a five year fix at a rate of 3.09 per cent. 

The building society is also offering a two-year fix rate at 2.63 per cent for homebuyers and homeowners remortgaging with a 5 per cent deposit.

YBS has also re-introduced its 10-year fixed-rate range. Rates start at 2.09 per cent at 75 per cent LTV,  with a £995 fee and free standard valuation. A fee-free 10-year fix at the same LTV is available at 2.19 per cent.
