In his new role, the firm says he will work closely with existing and new member firms in those regions, helping them to use its mortgage, protection and compliance services.

Paradigm has a membership of over 1,646 directly authorised firms representing over 3,000 advisers in a variety of financial services.

The mortgage club says Hunt was a business development consultant for the group he has worked at for fours years. He started at the business as a helpdesk consultant.

Hunt reports to director of membership Richard Goppy.
