Pepper Money has promoted Ryan Brailsford to the new role of director of business development.

Brailsford, joined Pepper Money in 2016 and became head of sales at the lender in 2018.

Pepper Money specialises in offering residential and buy-to-let mortgages to customers who are underserved by traditional high street banks. This includes those with credit problems, the self employed, and those working as contractors, or with variable income.

Brailsford says Pepper Money is broadening its proposition and developing its sales team to ensure the company can support intermediary partners. 

He says: “This new role demonstrates our long-term commitment to delivering brokers the best possible service and I’m looking forward to launching further products soon to further strengthen our proposition.”
