New Plant Based All Vegan Restaurant West Palm Beach

A new plant based; all vegan restaurant has opened in West Palm Beach. Planta West Palm Beach the long-awaited plant-based eatery with roots in Toronto and Miami ultimately debuted in downtown West Palm Beach. Offering locally sourced fare, Planta is the only 100-percent vegan restaurant in Rosemary Square.  With the all organic, plant-based eating, things on the menu appeal to even the hungriest of meat-eaters.

Planta “celebrates the dynamic vibrancy of vegetables” and is dedicated to “environmental sustainability and ethical producers”. Highlights from the menu include coconut ceviche, kelp Caesar, steamed dumplings, bang bang broccoli, udon noodles, eggplant lasagna, a signature burger, and a selection of pizzas. Planta also offers a sushi bar experience. Patrons can order a variety of sushi and nigiri made of plant-based ingredients, such as dehydrated watermelon that acts as fatty tuna.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. To make a reservation click here.
