Norton Finance awarded Feefo accolade for second year running | Mortgage Introducer

The Trusted Service Awards are presented to businesses who consistently provide exceptional service to customers year-on-year.

To be awarded platinum status, businesses must have won the Gold Trusted Service Award for three or more years in succession.

Norton Finance had successfully achieved this for four successive years, and the awards are based on customer reviews.

To achieve a gold standard, businesses must have at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020, and achieved a minimum service rating of 4.5.
