The Right Mortgage & Protection Network (TRM) has appointed Sandra Feuell as its insurance development manager.

Feuell brings more than two decades of experience in protection and business development, with a track record in adviser training, product innovation, and developing protection departments from the ground up.

Most recently, she was head of protection at Motion Mortgages and Protection, where she established and scaled the protection insurance department, managed provider relationships, and advised on personal, business, and group protection, as well as private medical insurance.

Her career also includes senior positions at Feuell4Life, Freelancer Financials, The Mortgage Lender, Castle Trust, and Santander Asset Management.

In her new role, Feuell will report to TRM head of insurance Amy Wilson.

Feuell will be responsible for delivering a wide range of protection and insurance support to TRM member firms.

She will roll out insurance projects across the network, develop the network’s specialist PMI division, provide adviser training on TRM’s CRM system and support AR firms to grow, develop staff, and expand product permissions.

In addition, she will deliver training, support and development courses aligned to business needs, enhance adviser knowledge and skills to improve sales, profitability, and advice quality and create and manage protection-focused projects.

Commenting on Feuell’s appointment, Wilson says: “We are thrilled to welcome Sandra to the team. Her depth of experience in protection, adviser training, and business development will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our insurance proposition.”

“Sandra has a proven ability to support advisers in growing their businesses and enhancing client outcomes, and we are excited about the positive impact she will have across the network.”

Feuell adds: “I am delighted to be joining The Right Mortgage and Protection Network as Insurance Development Manager. The Network’s strong reputation for adviser support and customer-first values resonates with me, and I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the Network’s protection proposition while supporting advisers to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.”
