Jones joins Newbury Building Society after more than 20 years in the financial services sector.

Most recently, Jones served as head of talent at Nationwide. Prior to that, she held several HR roles at AXA.

She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

In her new role, Jones will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, ensuring the society has the engagement of its people as well as the skills and talent necessary for the future.
