Neil Patterson has been appointed partner in the firm’s banking litigation team.
He joins from Ascent Performance Group where he was a senior associate solicitor. Prior to that he has worked as a solicitor at Optima Legal, Irwin Mitchell and drysdenfairfax solicitors.
Also joining the banking litigation team are Diane Gundersen and Curtis Broadhead.
Gundersen is joining as a senior associate. With over 10 years’ experience in financial services litigation, she trained and qualified at Eversheds.
Broadhead, who trained at Keebles, is joining the firm as a legal executive.
