Mortgage and protection firm Access Financial Services has appointed Jeremy Lock as its new director of compliance.
Lock joins from Absolute Return Investment Advisers (ARIA) where he was head of compliance. Previously, he worked for Cooper Associates for five years, where he set up their compliance academy.
Prior to working in compliance Lock worked as an estate agent and financial adviser.
Access FS CEO Karl Wilkinson says: “Compliance is critical to how we develop the business. We’ve experienced strong, steady and continuous growth since we started up in 2017, and [Lock] will be instrumental to the continuing success and integrity of the business.”
He added that Lock’s experience running training academies will benefit the companies administrative staff, its employed and self-employed advisers and senior management.
