Brickflow has launched its first broker network partnership with Connect for Intermediaries, a specialist network of appointed representatives and packagers.

In three months, Brickflow has scoped, developed, tested and launched a bespoke technology journey tailored to suit the Connect Network operations.

The integration is designed to provide superior monitoring, transparency, and oversight of AR activities.

This aims to ensure that Connect has real-time visibility into broker performance, fostering greater compliance practices and operational efficiency across the network.

Through this partnership, Connect network members will be able to maximise revenue growth by using Brickflow’s technology to enhance practices.

The software provides the opportunity to source and apply for more products across bridging, development and commercial mortgages.

The technology also provides a direct access route from ARs, straight into the Connect Specialist Place Team, for a smooth handover process and improving the overall customer experience.

Brickflow co-founder and chief revenue officer Frazer Campbell says: “It’s been great to get this partnership over the line with Liz Syms, Kevin Thomson and the wider Connect team.”

“Connect is our first network collaboration, the organisation recognises the importance of using available tools to accelerate and enhance standard operating procedures so that both the business and its ARs can process more transactions at a faster rate collectively growing their output.”

Connect for Intermediaries network sales director Kevin Thomson adds: “Our partnership with Brickflow is a game-changer, enabling our ARs to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and access a wider range of specialist finance solutions with ease.”

“This collaboration reinforces our position at the forefront of industry innovation, ensuring our network remains competitive and well-supported in delivering outstanding service to clients.”
