In addition, the 85% LTV two-year fixed rate switcher residential product with a £995 product fee has gone up by 30 basis points from 3.79% to 4.09%.

For NatWest’s BTL standard switcher range, the two-year fixed rate switcher 75% LTV with no product fee has increased by five basis points to 4.14%.

Meanwhile, the five-year fixed rate switcher 75% LTV with no product fee has increased 11 basis points to 4.02%.
