The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has appointed Drew Wilson as specialist lending development manager.

Wilson will report to head of lending Victoria Clark and work with member firms on cases that fall outside mainstream lending criteria.

He returns to TRM after previously spending four years as national account manager between 2020 and 2024, working across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, product diversification and business development.

Most recently, Wilson was an ancillary sales executive at Crystal Specialist Finance, where he supported clients to find the right finance solutions.

He has more than five years’ experience across mortgage and protection roles and gained his CeMAP qualification in 2023.

TRM says the appointment comes as it continues to grow its specialist lending business and increase dedicated support for advisers in the sector.
