The later life lending platform for professionals says Palmer has worked in financial services for almost three decades, most recently as a key account manager at Canada Life.

Air, founded in 2007, has over 20,000 members and offers advisers and lenders digital sourcing tools, personal performance development services, incentives and rewards programs.

The firm says Palmer will work “with potential and existing partner firms as well as advisers” to use the firm’s range of products, such as its membership scheme Air Club, sourcing tool Air Sourcing and continuing professional development training resource Air Academy.

Air distribution director Jon Tweed says: “Air is committed to supporting all brokers and lenders operating in the later life lending sector, no matter how large or small and Nicola will be an integral part of strengthening and deepening our relationships with both new and existing contacts moving forward.”

Air’s Palmer adds: “Air recently relaunched its proposition at the National Later Life Conference [in Leicester on 16 June] as well as revamped its adviser continuing professional development training programme via Air Academy.

“There are lots more exciting developments happening behind the scenes at Air and I can’t wait to get out there and discuss these propositions with new and existing contacts.”
