Erb joins the society with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, where she has broad general management experience and has led change programmes.

She started her financial services career at Capital One after qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG. 

In addition, Erb has worked for organisations including Coles Insurance in Australia, Oakbrook Finance where she was chief operating officer, and most recently at start-up bank Aspinall Financial Services as chief operating officer.
