TSB has raised rates by up to 30bps on a number of products in its residential mortgage range.
This is the second increase to its residential range this month.
Two-year and five-year fixes in its first-time buyer and home mover ranges have increased by up to 30bps. These changes apply to products up to 90% LTV.
Meanwhile, it has increased rates on its five-year fixed rate remortgage product by up to 30bps, with rates on its two-year fixed remortgage range increasing by up to 20bps. In the remortgage range these changes apply to products up to 75% LTV.
These changes mean a two year fix in its first-time buyer rate will now cost 5.34% with a £995 fee (or 5.49% on a fee-free option).
On its remortgage range a two-year fix (up to 75% LTV) now costs 4.94% (with a £995 fee) or 5.34% on the fee free option.
For those looking at five-year fixes, TSB’s remortgage product costs 4.74% with a £995 fee (up to 75% LTV) or 4.94% without the product fee.
This latest increases follow similar moves last week, where TSB raised residential rates by up to 15bps. This includes increases to its first-time buyer, home mover range as well as product transfer options.
