NatWest Intermediary Solutions is trimming a large number of deals for new customers tomorrow as well as improving some cashback incentives.
The biggest reductions are in its buy-to-let range, with some rates falling by 13 basis points.
The lender is also launching two new high loan-to-value deals:
- Two-year fixed rate for purchase at 85 per cent LTV, 2.83 per cent, product fee £0, cashback £250
- Two-year fixed rate for purchase at 90 per cent LTV, 3.43 per cent, product fee £0, cashback £250
The following buy-to-let rates are dropping:
- Two-year fixed rate for purchase at 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 13bps from 1.98 per cent to 1.85 per cent, product fee £995
- Two-year fixed rate for purchase at 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 13bps from 1.98 per cent to 1.85 per cent, product fee £995
- Two-year fix for remortgage at 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.89 per cent to 1.84 per cent, product fee £995
- Two-year fix for remortgage at 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.89 per cent to 1.84 per cent, product fee £995
- Five-year fixed rate remortgage at 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 6bps from 1.91 per cent to 1.85 per cent, product fee £995
- Five-year fix remortgage at 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 9bps from 2.18 per cent to 2.09 per cent, product fee £995
- Five-year fix remortgage at 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 9bps from 2.18 per cent to 2.09 per cent, product fee £995
In its residential range NatWest is reducing the following rates
- A large number of two and five-year fixed rate deals trimmed by 1 basis point
- Five-year fixed rate for purchase at 90 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 3.60 per cent to 3.55 per cent, product fee £0
- Five-year fixed rate for high value remortgage at 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 1bps from 1.28 per cent to 1.27 per cent, product fee £995
- Within its green mortgage range, two-year fixed at 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.18 per cent to 1.13 per cent, product fee £995, cashback £250, along with a number of smaller rate cuts of 1 basis point.
NatWest is also improving cashback on some of its residential fixed rates for purchase.
