Keystone signs onboarding deal with Phoebus Software

The agreement, for an undisclosed sum, means that all of the lender’s new completions will be onboarded onto the software firm’s platform using its originations and migrations application programming interface.

The move will also allow the lender’s other books onto the platform in the future should the firm decide to do so, says the financial software group.

It adds that the project took around two months to complete, employing user acceptance testing. The platform first went live last May with functions that include all of the lender’s servicing and securitisation requirements.

The software allows customers to use the lender’s full BTL range, including green products, and in future will include the Phoebus borrower self-service portal.

Keystone managing director Elise Coole says: “The project has been a great success and our teams have worked very well together throughout the lifecycle of the delivery. We look forward to working with Phoebus to deliver our requirements as they continue to evolve moving forward.”

Phoebus Software sales and marketing director Richard Pike adds: “Keystone is a very well-known and respected brand in the buy-to-let market. Its requirements were a particularly good fit with our core servicing product meaning that both the discovery and delivery were very smooth and we were able to implement at speed.”

Phoebus Software has over 20 clients in the UK and Ireland and services over £75bn in assets on its platform.
