Hello Mortgage, Estatio and Sort Legal have joined forces to create an agency that will manage the home moving process as well as providing legal and ancillary services.
This joint venture will launch a series of main branches and smaller hubs to provide estate agency, mortgage and protection advice, and legal services, from various regional locations.
In addition, it will add employment and apprenticeship opportunities to the local area.
Sort Legal has a head office in Derby, with a hub in Cardiff, while mortgage broker Hello Mortgage and estate agents Estatio are both based in South Shields.
The first branches have opened in South Shields and Teesside.
South Shields already houses 13 staff from agency, mortgage and legal sectors, with future growth plans to exceed 25 team members.
Teesside has opened with three team members, with plans for further recruitment imminently.
