
NatWest has launched a range of landlord loans, as well as changing rates across a range of residential products.
The high street bank’s buy-to-let purchase and remortgage fixed-rate products are on offer with a range of fee options, from £1,499 to £5,999.
Highlights include:
- Two-year purchase fixes at 75% loan to value, at 3.63%, with a £3,99 product fee
- Five-year purchase fixes at 75% LTV at 3.88%, with a £5,999 product fee
- Two-year remortgage fixes at 65% LTV at 3.63%, with a £3,999 product fee
- Five-year remortgage fixes at 60% LTV at 3.64%, with a £5,999 product fee
The lender has also lifted selected rates across its new business, existing customer and additional borrowing product ranges, with some rising by as much as 11 basis points and others falling by up to 20bps.
Highlights include:
- First-time buyer two-year purchase fixes at 90% LTV, fall by 16bps to 4.53%, with no product fee and £250 cashback
- Two-year purchase fixes at 95% LTV fall by 20bps to 4.97%, with no product fee
- Two-year remortgage fixes at 75% LTV rise by 11bps to 4.20%, with a £995 product fee
- Five-year high-value purchase fixes at 60% LTV, rise by 8bps to 4.14%, with a £995 product fee
