Miniature Golf Day is a holiday celebrated by many golf enthusiasts on September 21st every year.  The day is similar to National Miniature Golf Day which is celebrated on the second Saturday in May.

Miniature Golf Day is a day when people can go to their favorite miniature golf courses around the area and enjoy a few hours of fun. Like, many unofficial holidays, no one really knows how or when this holiday was started. Miniature golf can be traced back to the 19th century in Scotland when women began to play golf.

Golfing is a big activity in Palm Beach County and South Florida. Palm Beach County is home to more than 160 private and public golf courses and has earned the title of Florida’s Golf Capital. In addition to the golf courses, there is plenty of miniature golf courses for everyone to participate and enjoy.
