Maine Real Estate (January 2020) – Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Maine’s leading luxury property company, with offices in Portland, Kennebunk, Brunswick, Damariscotta, and Camden, announced today that it again retained the #1 Ranking for 2019 Waterfront Property sales in Maine. The company reported it was successful in closing more Maine Waterfront Properties than any other real estate company in the state based on total dollar sales volume. Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty closed 253 transaction sides, totaling $202 million in property value. Maine Listings statistics also show that the company outsold our #2 competitor with an average selling price that was nearly double.
