Foundation has launched several new buy-to-let (BTL) products, available from today.

The lender is adding a new BTL F1 limited edition two-year fixed rate product at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with a 1% fee and with a rate of 5.40%.

It has also introduced a new BTL HMO limited edition two-year fixed rate product at 75% LTV with a 1% fee and a rate of 5.55%.

Two- and five-year fixed options have been reintroduced for large HMOs, MPOT’s and mixed use properties.

Alongside these new products, Foundation has increased rates across selected products by up to 0.20% for BTL and 0.10% for residential.

Vida has also announced it has reintroduced a streamlined suite of residential and buy-to-let products across multiple loan-to-values (LTVs).

The lender says: “We chose to withdraw our full new business range so we could react quickly to the sharp market movements we’ve seen over recent days.”

The new products are available from today.

Elsewhere, Leeds Building Society has made changes to its new lending and existing customer mortgage range.

The changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications.

For new customers, rates have increased for selected BTL, affordable housing fixed rates, interest only and retirement interest only fixed rates.

End dates have also been extended to June on interest only and retirement interest only products.

Leeds has also withdrawn selected BTL and portfolio BTL fixed rates as well as selected residential fixed rates.

For existing customers, selected BTL, affordable housing, residential, interest only and retirement interest only fixed rates have all been pushed up.

In addition, end dates have been extended to June on residential, interest only and retirement interest only products.
