The Salty Donut, was started in 2015 in Wynwood, FL by Amanda Pizarro and Andy Rodriguez. It is a gourmet donut and coffee shop which is scheduled to host a grand opening on August 19, 2022, at The Square. The shop is one of the best donut shops in the U.S.  The Square is located at 700 South Rosemary Avenue, Suite 200, in West Palm Beach.

The Salty, West Palm Beach dreams about creating a community gathering place centered around donuts, coffee, and good vibes. A place you could have a first date, celebrate a birthday, or cheer you up after a long day.

The Salty specializes in over-the-top, brioche-raised doughnut treats, with flavors such as horchata, prickly pear margarita, brown butter and “churro + dulce de leche.” The shop, dubbed one of the “31 best donut shops in America” (according to Thrillist), has been teasing its presence in West Palm Beach in a 1950’s vintage Aljoa Camper since October 2021. The camper has pop upped in The Square to enthusiastic patrons. With artful mindfulness and using nothing but the finest locally sourced ingredients, The Salty pushes the boundaries of what a donut can be, while offering a unique coffee menu deliberately refined to connect you to every sip.
