J.C. Flowers acquires Pepper Global's credit management business Mortgage Finance Gazette

J.C. Flowers will acquire Pepper Global’s credit management firm Pepper Advantage.

The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Following the transaction completion, Pepper Advantage will continue to operate as an independent entity, with its existing management team leading the company’s strategic initiatives.
