Aspen Bridging has taken on three new underwriters and made a series of internal promotions as it looks to expand its lending capability. 

These new appointments have come via Aspen’s graduate recruitment team.

Aspen has also promoted Saif Khalique to be the company’s underwriting manager. Khalique was previously the firm’s  senior underwriter and have held this role since March 2021. 

Aqib Iqbal has been promoted to senior credit analyst and Laura Randall is now a senior underwriter having joined the business as an underwriter in January 2021.

The company has now recruited a total of 13 members of staff via its graduate recruitment scheme, including these three latest appointments to its underwriting team.

Aspen Bridging director Jack Coombs says that these appointments come as the business is looking to “ramp up” its lending over the rest of this year and beyond. He added that the company’s hiring efforts will continue as Aspen Bridging looks to continue to expand its business.
