Rocket Cos. named Alessio Sanfilippo CEO of its Redfin subsidiary. Sanfilippo joins Redfin from Meta, where he served as vice president of insights for Reality Labs, leading global teams across data science, data engineering and user research. He previously captained data and user research for WhatsApp. Prior to joining Meta, Sanfilippo headed data and analytics at Intuit, applying AI and machine learning across products including TurboTax and QuickBooks, and held leadership roles at SAP, GoSeek, Hotwire and United Airlines.
Veterans United names Jeremyah Grigery chief marketing officer

He will be based in North Carolina and lead the Wilmington NC Mortgage Team. Williamson brings more than 20 years of mortgage origination experience in the Wilmington market, where he has built a client base spanning first-time buyers, repeat purchasers and refinance borrowers.
South River Mortgage elevates Tyler Plack to CEO
South River Mortgage, a Maryland-based lender, promoted Tyler Plack to CEO. Plack has served as president for seven years and joined South River as a founding employee when the company was established in 2017. During his tenure, he helped the company evolve from a reverse mortgage brokerage into a full-fledged lender with the launch of its proprietary reverse mortgage product, HomeForLife, and created ReversePilot, an end-to-end loan origination software now available to other home equity conversion mortgage and proprietary reverse mortgage lenders. Jim Plack is retiring as CEO but will remain a member of the board of directors.
ServiceLink adds four national sales executives to origination team
ServiceLink, a provider of tech-enabled mortgage lifecycle services, appointed Mike Barker, Cheryl McKenzie, Sara Nakae and Rick Trew as national sales executives within its origination division, where they will drive client growth strategy and forge new lender partnerships.
Barker brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, sales and operations management. He most recently served as customer care manager at Third Federal Savings and Loan and formerly as vice president, home lending manager at JPMorgan Chase. McKenzie has more than a decade of sales and business development experience. She worked as a business analyst and senior sales consultant at Sagent and as a learning consultant at Citizens Bank.
Nakae brings 15 years of fintech and financial services experience, previously serving as vice president of enterprise sales at FirstClose and senior vice president of sales and marketing at Candor Technology. Trew has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, with his background including senior leadership roles at Acra Lending, Arc Loans and WesBanco Bank.
First American Home Warranty names chief revenue officer
First American Home Warranty, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation, announced that Jason Gritters has joined the company as chief revenue officer. In this newly created executive role, Gritters will lead the company's real estate line of business and corporate development function while identifying and advancing new revenue opportunities. He most recently served as vice president of product and corporate development at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where his responsibilities included leadership of the real estate business channel, product, sales operations, enterprise strategy and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Gritters held leadership roles across finance, product management and business operations and worked in private equity.

Haack currently serves as president and CEO of Eagle Materials Inc., a manufacturer of heavy construction products and light building materials. Prior to joining Eagle, Haack spent more than 17 years at Halliburton, where he held senior positions across manufacturing, supply chain and global strategy, including serving as global operations manager for Sperry Drilling, leading more than 8,000 employees.
KB Home promotes Casey Dare to president of Tampa division
KB Home named Casey Dare as Tampa division president, where he is responsible for the company's homebuilding operations throughout the region, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service. Dare brings more than 20 years of homebuilding experience and 10 years of service with KB Home, most recently serving as executive vice president for the Orlando division. He previously held several roles with the company, including superintendent, customer service manager, director of customer service and operations and senior vice president of operations.
LERETA names Khurram Malik chief technology officer
LERETA, a provider of real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers, announced that Khurram Malik has joined the company as chief technology officer. In this role, Malik will lead the company's technology organization, with responsibility for platform modernization, cloud strategy and driving AI-enabled engineering initiatives. He previously served in a senior technology leadership role at CoStar Group, where he headed a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting LoopNet.com and directed the migration of legacy platforms to the cloud. Prior to CoStar, Malik spent nearly nine years at Capital Group, where he served as vice president of software engineering.
ERA Real Estate appoints Frank Malpica president
ERA Real Estate named Frank Malpica president. Malpica has spent more than 15 years across the ERA network in roles including marketing, product development, brokerage operations, affiliated services, lead generation, business development and franchise growth. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of network growth, mergers and acquisitions, where he led strategic expansion efforts that added billions in sales volume through strategic affiliations. Malpica succeeds Alex Vidal, who was appointed president of ERA in June 2023.
MoxiWorks appoints Shaun Harkley as senior vice president of sales
MoxiWorks, an AI-powered real estate marketing platform, announced that Shaun Harkley joined the company as senior vice president of sales, effective Sept. 14. He will lead sales teams across North America, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Harkley joins from Rechat, where he served as head of sales. His real estate technology experience also includes sales roles at Lone Wolf Technologies and Resolver, a risk intelligence software company.
