Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has promoted four members of its sales and distribution team.
Lizzie Atkins has been promoted from internal sales team leader to sales team manager, taking on full oversight of both the phone and broker assist team.
Atkins, who has been at the lender for several years, began her new role in May and now reports directly to head of mortgage sales and distribution Laura Sneddon.
Sophie Hancock, formerly a telephone business development manager stepped into a new role as field business development manager for the South last month.
Hancock will focus on broker engagement and relationship management across the southern region, offering face-to-face support to help brokers navigate more complex cases and criteria.
The lender says she brings strong product knowledge and a proactive approach to the field role, building on her success in the phone-based team.
Lauren Bayliss, also a former telephone BDM, has been appointed senior telephone BDM.
She will be reporting to the new sales team manager, Lizzie Atkins, amd will be tasked with driving service standards and mentoring newer team members.
Finally, Robin Thiara moved from a business development assistant role into a new position as a telephone BDM last month.
The promotions come at a busy time for the Society, with the launch of a new remortgage product in collaboration with PEXA and a raft of rate reductions.
Sneddon says: “Our sales team is central to the service we provide to brokers.
“These promotions are a reflection of the hard work and talent we’re fortunate to have within the team, and each individual has shown real desire to support our intermediary partners, and it’s brilliant to see them taking the next step in their careers.
“As we continue to grow and adapt to the market, making sure we have the right people in the right roles is key.
“These changes will help us continue delivering the personal, knowledgeable support that brokers value.”
