Who's buying?

Right now we're serving many people who are very motivated to buy their first home and start building a better life through homeownership. Many of these folks are people who have either just started or are getting ready to start growing their family very soon.

Some of our first-time buyers are people who have decided it's time to stop paying so much for their monthly rent. They're ready to take control of their financial future and start building their wealth through real estate (instead of building the wealth of their landlord). 

On the other end of the spectrum, we're helping many longtime owners who are getting ready to sell their current property and downsize into a smaller home. These are the folks who are ready to simplify life and ease into a new lifestyle. 

And along these lines, we're also working with many relocating buyers who are working on their dream of living in a community that's a great fit for their values and their lifestyle.

Who's not buying?

Right now we're not working with as many move-up buyers as we have in the past. These are the folks who are outgrowing their current home and in need of more space. Many of these folks are choosing to stay put for the time being, as they contemplate the impact of higher mortgage rates on their monthly budget.
