Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has added four lending managers to its specialist mortgage broker support team.

Laila Perryman joins from brokerage Sirius Group, where she managed lending cases for over three years and became CeMAP-certified.

Edward Shannon joins from United Trust Bank, where he was a relationship manager.

Before that, Shannon was a lending manager for Recognise Bank and spent over four years at Redwood Bank.

Also joining is Alex Mills, who led inside sales for Australian bank Moula, and Gabriella Csende who has been promoted from lending assessor to lending manager.

HTB managing director of specialist mortgages Alex Upton says: “Lending managers are the thread in our fabric, intricately weaved into our team to pull together vital information to ensure brokers receive the attentive service they, and their clients, deserve.”

“And with these four new recruits offering heaps of personality, experience and energy, I’m convinced we’ve found the golden thread to strengthen our fleece.”
