Follows takes on her new role from her previous position of regional director for the Midlands and South region.

She has worked at the bank for almost four years and has in excess of 30 years of experience in commercial banking and UK real estate finance.

Previously, she has worked for Nationwide, NatWest and Salt Finance.

In addition to Follow’s promotion, Stuart Jones has been promoted to regional director of the London and South region.

Meanwhile, Marco Brice has been promoted to senior relationship manager, covering the North East, while Michelle Stevenson has been promoted to relationship manager for the East Midlands.

Cambridge & Counties Bank is also actively hiring in both the South Wales and East Midlands markets.
