
United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Alex Tyrwhitt to the newly created role of director – structured property solutions and he will lead both structured property finance and strategic partnership teams.
Tyrwhitt has worked in the UK real estate industry since 2007. He is a chartered surveyor, former RICs registered valuer and has previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, GE Capital and HSBC. Prior to joining UTB, he spent eight years at Octane Capital as director of structured finance.
As director Tyrwhitt will report to UTB’s chief commercial officer Mark Stokes and work closely with Gerard Morgan Jackson, founder and sales director structured property finance, and Ben Peters, head of strategic partnerships.
