Earl Shilton Building Society (esbs) is the latest building society selected to join the Brilliant Solutions lender panel.

Brilliant Solutions mortgage intermediary members will now have access to esbs’ services.

The building society services range from first-time buyers to those employed or self-employed to later years.

It also lends against unusual property types such as those with an agricultural tie or other Section 106 restrictions, age-related and mixed-usage.
