The West Brom has brought out new two-and three-year remortgage products at up to 80 per cent LTV.

Highlights at 60 per cent LTV include a two-year fix with £999 fee at 1.29 per cent including cashback and a 60 per cent LTV two-year fix with zero fee at 1.64 per cent.

At 75 per cent, standout products include a two-year fix with £999 fee and cashback at 1.44 per cent and a three-year fix with zero fee at 1.89 per cent.

At 80 per cent LTV the lender has brought out a two-year fix with zero fee at 2.04 per cent.

West Brom head of intermediaries Richard Scott comments: “We recognise that in these unprecedented times, product availability has reduced in recent weeks.

“The introduction of our new range will hopefully provide more choice for people who are coming to the end of their current mortgage deal.”
