TSB will lift selected fixed-rate loans across its range of residential, landlord, product transfer and additional borrowing ranges by up to 35 basis points.
The lender’s changes, which take effect today (14 June) cover:
Additional borrowing
- Residential two- and three-year fixes increased by up to 35bps
- Residential five-year fixes up to 75% loan to value increased by up to 25bps
- Buy to let two- and five-year fixes increased by up to 25bps
Residential
- Two-year remortgage fixes between 80% and 85% LTV, with a £995 fee increased by 5bps
- Two-year remortgage fixes between 85% and 90% LTV, without a fee, increased by 15bps
- Five-year remortgage fixes up to 75% as well as between 80% and 85% LTV, with a £995 fee, increased by up to 10bps
- Five-year remortgage fixes between 60% and 75% as well as between 85% and 90% LTV, without a fee, increased by 10bps
- Three-year first-time buyer, home mover and remortgage rates withdrawn
Buy to let
- Five-year remortgage fixes increased by up to 15bps
Product transfer
- Residential two-year fixes up to 90% LTV increased by up to 25bps
- Residential two-year fixes increased by up to 35bps
- Residential five-year fixes up to 75% as well as 80% and 90% LTV rates increased by up to 25bps
- BTL two-year fixes increased by up to 25bps
- BTL five-year fixes up to 80% LTV rates increased by up to 25bps
